Natural Paving Products are pleased to announce that we have restructured our sales team with the appointment of hard landscaping veteran, Andy Toovey (pictured above) and the internal promotion of Tim Rushton (pictured below). The restructure has created smaller geographical areas for our Resgional Sales Managers to cover, in order to enable us to improve our customer service to all of our Stockists and Landscaping Professionals across the UK.
Dividing the country in half, Andy Toovey takes on the role of Southern Sales Manager whilst Tim Rushton becomes his Northern counterpart. The team will endeavour to improve customer service, increase sales and further expand the brand awareness by taking a targeted merchant only approach. This reinforced strategy they now proudly call their M.O.P (Merchant Only Policy) can only help them build even stronger relationships with the UKs Builders Merchant Industry. Andy and Tim will continue to communicate Natural Paving Products’ people centred ethos to its customers and help support their impressive customer base with back-selling opportunities and increase the companies membership of their Landscaping Professionals scheme.
Andy Toovey brings with him 27 years of experience in the hard landscaping industry, moving most recently from Charcon, part of Aggregate Industries. Andy also has extensive experience working as a Sales Director at an independent builder’s merchant, providing Natural Paving Products with an invaluable resource and reassuring its customers that they are dealing with someone who understands their business.
Andy commented: “It’s great to move to a company that is so highly regarded at all levels of the industry and that has such a positive ethos. I’m looking forward to being part of a growing team and to building meaningful relationships with the customers in my southern region.”
Tim Rushton joined Natural Paving Products in 2012, already having 16 years of experience in the market. Since starting Tim has significantly developed the company’s business in Scotland, including co-ordinating the new distribution centre at Grangemouth.
Malcolm Gough, Business Development Director concludes: “The new structure of our sales team offers real potential for growth as we take a more strategic approach to looking after our merchants and helping them develop and increase their landscaping sales. I am proud to welcome Andy to the company and congratulate Tim on his new role. I believe the wealth of experience they bring will make them both key contributors in the future success of the company and I look forward to driving new successes with them in their new roles.”
