Recognising the outstanding work of its Landscaping Professionals and in an effort to provide even more practical support, Natural Paving Products (UK) Ltd has employed Craig Brook, a time-served hard landscaping professional, as its Installer Support Manager.
Bringing with him more than 23 years of experience, Craig will be the main point of contact for members of Natural Paving Products’ Landscaping Professionals (LP) scheme and a valuable resource of product and installation knowledge. Taking the lead in managing the scheme, Craig will be developing the way it operates and collating feedback from current members to maximise support for installers. Craig will also uphold Natural Paving Products’ strict merchant only policy (M.O.P) by strengthening the relationships between members of the ALP scheme and merchants as well as building new ones.
In addition, Craig will make himself available to support non-members of the company’s ALP scheme, getting out on the road and giving hands on advice to contractors and designers. Importantly, Craig will also act as a key connection between Natural Paving Product’s Regional Sales Managers and Landscaping Professionals to provide the company’s merchant stockists with more sales leads.
